Location:  Edmonton, AB (9175 – 14 Street NW - no direct access to public transportation)

Schedule:  Full-time, Permanent

I.T. Help Desk Analyst Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable on current and relevant technologies, news, and standards
• Self Driven and wants the responsibility that comes with being a Help Desk Analyst
• Understands the importance of Cyber Security and Backups
• Working with other members to provide the best service as a team

I.T. Help Desk Analyst Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with the following: Active Directory Management, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Skype for Business, System Center, Vmware ESXi
• Able to troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office issues
• Image Machines, manage inventory
• Setup and provide support for mobile phones thru Knox
• Sense of ownership and the ability to prioritize issues and manage time.
• Clear communication and willingness to relate to others, to listen and hear concerns in a patient and supportive manner.
• Strong technical background and the ability to learn quickly
• Expert problem-solver, able to accurately diagnose issues
• Independent work ethic to carry projects through to completion and implement solutions without constant supervision; ability and desire to explore and learn new technologies to support our mission and enhance our business.
• Strong analytic capability and organizational skills.
• Team player attitude, patience, understanding, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Networking experience is an asset
