Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal

Schedule: 10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Location: Edmonton and Surrounding Area’s - no direct access to public transportation

Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements:

• Personal Reliable Vehicle
• CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support

Pre-employment:

• Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)
• Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Available Positions for the upcoming 2025 Season:

• Finish Excavator Operator
  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a finish excavator operator
  • Safe operation of excavator as it pertains to stripping, ditching, sloping, leveling and urban renewal projects

• Finish Grader Operator

• Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a finish grader operator
• Experience with finishing work required

• Finish Dozer Operator

• Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a finish dozer operator
• Experience with finishing work required

• Scraper Operator
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a scraper 0perator
  • Operate scraper controls to regulate the height of the blade and bowl to shape and contour the site.

• Rock Truck Operator

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience operating a rock truck
• Safe operation of rock truck in close proximity to ground personnel and other equipment

• Loader Operator

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience running a loader
• Operate loader controls to lower and tilt bucket and drive forward to force bucket into bulk material

• Tractor Operator

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience running a tractor
• Understand the issues involving ground disturbances.

• Packer Operator

• Minimum of two (2) years as a packer operator
• Understand the issues involving ground disturbances

• Labourer

• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
