Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal

Schedule: 8 + hours per day, 5 &2, OT after 8hr/day or 40hr/week

Location: Edmonton, AB and Surrounding Areas. No direct access with public transportation

Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements:   

• Personal Reliable Vehicle
• CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
• Clean Driver’s Abstract, Valid Driver’s License

Pre-employment:

• Drug and alcohol testing (Urine-based test)
• Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
• Mask Fit Testing

Industrial Foreman Responsibilities:

• Oversee, supervise and manage the day-to-day operations on site
• Supervisions of operators to ensure schedules and timelines are met
• Assist with troubleshooting
• Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner
• Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure
• Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture

Industrial Foreman Qualifications:

• Must have between (5) and (10) years' underground, tank foundation, and/or earthworks experience
• Must have previous supervisory experience

• Must be proficient with CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, Prosis and Service Advisor
• Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics
• Must be open to new learning experiences
• Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are required
