Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal

Schedule: 10+ hours per day, 10 & 4 Monday to Thursday, OT after 10hr/day or 40hr/week

Location: Edmonton, AB and Surrounding Areas. No direct access with public transportation

Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements:   

• Personal Reliable Vehicle
• CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support

Pre-employment:

• Drug and alcohol testing (Urine-based test)
• Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Finish Dozer Operator Responsibilities:

• Safe operate a dozer for stripping, ditching, sloping, leveling, and finish grading
• Operate excavator safely and efficiently when required
• Perform excavation and bulking using an excavator
• Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.

Finish Dozer Operator Qualifications:

• Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a dozer operator.
• Experience with finish work required
• Experience with bulking and material movement using an excavator
• Ability to operate both dozer and excavator confidently and safely
• Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and jobsite practices
