Tire Technician (OTR) Responsibilities:
- Service tires on vehicles and a variety of equipment.
- Assemble and prepare OTR tires for installation or repair

- Assist in maintaining inventory for tire-related equipment
- Respond to after-hours call-outs as directed by your supervisor

Tool Crib Attendant Responsibilities:
- Overlook inventory of tools, perform inspection of tools and equipment to ensure items are in working order
- Load and unload materials and equipment and ensure to perform inspection of all incoming materials and tools
- Maintain clear records of tools and equipment usage with the designed tracking system
- Track all PPE and equipment issued for costing purposes
- Identify tools and equipment using identification tags
- Escalate any identified material and tool discrepancies to the Parts Manager
- Responsible for keeping the crib area secure at all times
- Ensure the work environment it kept clean and organized.
- Prepare requisitions to replenish low inventory
- Ensuring the proper handling, sorting and preparation of tools for work

- Capable of working in a physically demanding multi-tasking work environment.
- Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED.
Welder – Heavy Equipment Shop Responsibilities:
- Repairing and fabrication of various makes of heavy civil construction mobile equipment.
- Able to work safely in a challenging work environment.
- Read and interpret blue prints or welding process specifications.
- Follow directions given in layouts, drawings and work orders.
- Welding of various heavy equipment attachments and components utilizing MCAW and FCAW.
- Use of overhead cranes.
- Ensures workmanship throughout the manufacturing process and on finished goods that meets or exceeds the cost, quality and schedule expectations.

Description:
Reporting to the Foreman the job of the Lead Hand is to assist the Foreman with responsibilities, overseeing the ditch and helping pipelayers with tasks related to the work in the trench in a safe and efficient manner.
Lead Hand Responsibilities:
- Helping pipelayers keep pipe on grade by reading grade sheets and taking shots.
- Setting up batter boards.
- Assist with leading the crews.
- Assist with cutting and beveling pipe.
- Rigging for pipe and man hole lifts.
- Doing the prep work ahead of the crew, track line.
- Keeping track of tools.
- Keeping the crews moving forward with the work.
- Relating the foreman's directions to the crew.
- Involved in daily production requirements.
- Involved in daily tool box and safety meetings.
